Rice dish
Instructions
Boil together the rice and peas and drain when the rice is still al dente.
Incorporate robiola cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Snow firmly mount the egg whites, add the Parmesan, stirring from the bottom upwards gently so as not to remove the egg whites.
Cover the rice with this mixture and pass in a hot oven to 240 degrees for about 5 minutes, until the topping starts to Brown.

- 300 g of rice rome
- 150 g of frozen peas
- 400 g of robiola cheese
- 3 egg whites
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
