Instructions
Prepare the dough with flour, eggs, yeast dissolved in warm water, lukewarm melted lard and a little salt.
Knead the dough well and when will roll into a smooth dough, cut it into thick lozenges and bucherellatela with a fork.
In a pan Sauté oil, garlic and Rosemary, chopped.
FRY 1-2 lozenges for a time.
