Toast land and sea
Instructions
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, a pepper, minced chives and basil.
Pass the slices of bread in the egg and fry them on both sides for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil.
Place four slices on a serving platter.
Add remaining eggs mushrooms and cook an omelette.
Cut the omelet to battens and arrange on slices, cover with a slice of salmon and other slices of fried bread and serve.

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 8 slices of toast bread
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons of pickled mushrooms, chopped
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
- Little of olive oil
