Tuna with fennel
Instructions
Reduce the powdered fennel seeds, then add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the proceeds from the slices of tuna on both sides.
Put on the heat a frying pan with oil and cook them when the oil is very hot, gently rigirandole to avoid breaking them.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of tuna
- 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
