Tuna vinegar
Instructions
In a large saucepan low heat three tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic cut into fillets.
Lay the tuna slices, cover with two tablespoons of water, adjust salt and pepper, sprinkle a little chopped parsley.
Cook, over low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.
At the last minute sprinkle with two tablespoons of very strong vinegar, let it evaporate and serve.

- Trance 4 of fresh tuna
- 2 tablespoons of very strong wine vinegar
