Tuna with mint
Instructions
Strip as tuna, cut into cubes, flour and FRY in hot oil.
Tipping when it is golden and set it aside.
Fry the sliced onions in the same tuna oil, season with salt, pepper, brown them and then add sugar and vinegar.
To restrict this gravy over low heat.
Put cubes of tuna into the pan with the onions and let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve the tuna sprinkled with Mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of fresh tuna cut into 3 cm slices
- 250 g of onions
- Flour
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Fresh chopped mint
- Salt
- Pepper
