Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy, add the melted butter, then stir in a little at a time, alternating flour to milk.
Continue to whisk, then add the yeast, egg whites and 70 g of chopped pistachios.
Butter a baking dish, it with powdered with flour, pour in the mixture and put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
