Instructions
Clean the pineapple and cut it into slices by collecting his juice into a glass.
Knead the butter with the sugar and honey, add eggs, a pinch of salt, the flour little by little, the baking powder and pineapple juice.
Place the pineapple slices into a mold by soft lined with baking paper, pour in the mixture and bake at 200 degrees in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool, upside down, on a serving dish, garnish with the whipped cream and serve.
