The Yoghurt cake (3)
Instructions
In a bowl, shelled eggs and blend for a long time.
Add flour, yoghurt, sugar, olive oil, yeast, a pinch of salt and knead vigorously.
Grease a mould, sprinkle with sugar and flour mixed in equal parts and pour in the mixture.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for about 40 minutes.
Do not open the door before they are passed at least 20 minutes for cooking.
Remove, let cool and put.
Accompanying wines: Colli Orientali Del Friuli Ramandolo DOC, Albana Di Romagna DOCG, Greco Di Bianco DOC.

- 1 jar of yoghurt (125 g pots)
- 140 g of sugar
- 170 g of white flour
- 170 g of yellow flour
- 8 cl of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of butter
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Salt
