Instructions
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in a Bain-Marie, stirring gently.
Remove from heat and add the chopped butter, stirring to melt the chocolate and mix.
Combine sugar, egg yolks, one at a time, and then the flour, stirring constantly with a spatula.
Incorporate the egg whites, stirring from the bottom upwards.
Grease a mould, pour the mixture and place in hot oven to 180 degrees.
To check for doneness, insert a toothpick.
Serve cut into squares.
