Mix 200 g of flour, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar.
Place a fountain and incorporate 10 g.
Brewer's yeast dissolved in a glass of warm milk.
Knead with energy.
Divide the dough and line a buttered mold.
Sprinkle 100 g coarsely chopped Bacon and browned in pan.
Cover with the remaining dough and place the bread to rise for 2 hours.
Cook for an hour in the oven already warm at 180 degrees.
Serve lukewarm.
