Beat in egg yolks foam with sugar, then add the flour, melted butter, carrots and almonds, brandy, vanilla, yeast diluted with a little milk and egg whites until foamy.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tray and bake in the oven already warm for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
