Instructions

Clean the carrots, finely cut and knead them in a bowl with the egg yolks (save the whites), the flour, baking powder, sugar, almonds and hazelnuts.

Got a homogeneous mixture, grate a little lemon peel and stir the whipped egg whites until stiff.

Lined with baking paper by rolling a die and add the mixture.

Bake at 180 degrees (preheated oven) for 50 minutes.

Let cool before serving.
