Chestnut cake (2) (Torta di Castagne (2))
Instructions
Peel and boil the chestnuts in salted water.
Pass the Mashers and put the puree in a bowl.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and soda until foamy egg whites.
Combine the egg yolks, butter, almonds and lemon zest to the chestnut puree and mix.
Add the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter into pieces
- 100 g of almonds
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
