Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Work the butter to make it creamy chestnut jam.
Grease a mold of about 30 cm.
, pour the mixture and bake in moderate oven (160 degrees) until the cake takes a nice golden color.
Served cold.

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of chestnut jam
- 1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
