Walnut and carrot cake
Instructions
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Combine eggs, carrots, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Pour dough layer, deposited on the bottom of a baking sheet.
Cover with nuts.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a knife, this comes out dry.

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
