Pepper cake
Instructions
Add the sliced peppers with chopped onion and a little oil.
Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into cubes.
Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat when Peppers are still al dente.
Line a baking sheet with the thawed puff pastry, fill it with the mixture of peppers and bake at 170 degrees for 3/4 of an hour.
Serve lukewarm.

- 5 colored peppers
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
