Rhubarb cake
Instructions
Work the cream butter, stir in 100 g of sugar and, banging, even eggs (one at a time).
Add the zest and lemon juice and finally the flour and the salt.
Pour the mixture into a buttered Cake Pan, level and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Distribute the pieces of rhubarb in a radial pattern, and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and serve the cake warm again.

- 500 g of coasts of rhubarb
- 100 g of soft butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 100 g of flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
