Rhubarb and strawberry pie
Instructions
Roll out the dough and roles at a cake tin.
Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, flour and put everything in the pan.
Add a knob of butter distributed in fruit.
Incrociarvi over strips of dough.
Spread the dough on a beaten egg with milk.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
