Instructions

Boil for 3 minutes in 150 cl rice of slightly salty water.

Drain, pour into the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.

When lukewarm add already beaten eggs, parmesan, pepper and a little nutmeg.

Mix and put in a buttered mould.

Bake in the oven at moderate heat for about 3/4 of an hour.
