Chive mullets
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry the fish.
Saute chopped garlic in oil, add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for about 1/2 hour.
Place on cooking the fish, sprinkle with chives and cover with the tomato sauce.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 mullet
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 200 g of sauce tomatoes peeled and seedless
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
