Instructions
Clean and rinse the fish, then allineateli in a single layer in a baking pan that can go on the table, anointed with olive oil.
Add salt, sprinkle with oregano and sprinkled with a little olive oil.
Prepare the hot oven.
Ten minutes before serving, bake.
Serve the fish, sprinkle lemon juice directly into the baking pan, with the liquid that they have produced.
