Smoked trout with melon
Instructions
Open the melon, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into thin strips.
Four onions peeled and cut into thin slices, minced.
In a bowl pour the yoghurt, chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of cream and one of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Stir and add the sliced onions.
On each plate place a smoked trout fillet, some sliced melon, nappate with a bit of sauce, garnish with cucumber slices.
Accompanying wines: Trentino Pinot Bianco "Spumante" DOC, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi "Spumante" DOC, Gravina "Spumante" DOC.

- 1 small melon
- 4 smoked trout fillets
- 2 yoghurt
- 5 small white onions
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
