Smoked tuna spaghetti
Instructions
Thinly slice the onions and let them dry for 15 minutes in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Join the stoned olives and capers and season.
Cut the tuna into strips about 1 inch wide.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain underdone and blow them up in the saucepan with the onions.
Combine the tuna, season with 1 little olive oil and pepper.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 pack of smoked tuna (100 g packs)
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 70 g of green olives
- 2 onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
