Trout baked in foil
Instructions
Clean the trout, wash and dry.
Clean the carrot, a celery stalk and a sprig of parsley, mince and place them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, grated lemon peel, salt, pepper, two tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of a lemon; stir and mix carefully.
Filled with trout mixture you place each on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil and cover with slices of lemon; close the wrappers and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
