Trout with sour cream
Instructions
Clean the trout, add salt and pepper.
Brown the onion in a roasting pan with 30 g of butter, put it in a hot oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes and wet it every now and then with his broth.
Remove it from the bottom and keep it warm.
Add the wine and thyme and bring to a boil, then add the cream mixed with lemon and to restrict a little.
Serve the trout with sauce.
