Trout with almonds
Instructions
Eviscerating the trout and wash them and dry them with a cloth very accurately.
Flour the trout and pass them in a pan with oil over high heat, highlighted very well from both sides.
Remove from the oven and place the trout on a plate, then finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes at 160 degrees, covering them with leaves of aluminized paper.
When cooked put trout in an ovenproof dish and keep warm in a pan melt a large knob of butter and toast the almonds, then sprinkle trout with almonds and serve with a little chopped parsley.

- 4 trout by portion
- 200 g of sliced peeled almonds
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Big walnut 1 of butter
- White flour
