Scented trout
Instructions
Wash and dry the trout; fill them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, Bay leaves and Rosemary.
Place the trout on a sheet of aluminum foil, add other Bay leaves and lemon slices and close the bag.
Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes and serve.

- 1 800 g trout
- Some leaves of laurel
- Rosemary
- Some of slices lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
