Steamed trout
Instructions
Wash vegetables, cut them and put them in a fishplate with flavourings, spices, wine and 1/2 liter of water.
Bring to the boil then lay with the special grill the trout taking care that does not come into contact with the liquid.
Cover and cook for the time necessary.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 500 g trout
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 onion
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Some stems of parsley
- Thyme
- 50 cl of aromatic white wine
- Sea salt
- White pepper in grains
