Scrambled eggs with tomato (7)
Instructions
In a pan with oil, Cook the scrambled eggs; aside from preparing a quick sauce by cooking the tomatoes in a pan in which you've combined the chopped capers and a little oil and salt.
Pour the hot sauce over the eggs.

- 7 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 tablespoons of canned tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
- 2 tablespoons of capers
