Put the chickpeas to soak at least 12 hours before.
Cut the pancetta into cubes, put it in the pressure cooker along with chickpeas and water, 3 parts water to one of ceci.
Try us even half a nut and a little Rosemary.
Boil 20 minutes pressure since a whistle.
Open the pot, add the pasta and boil uncovered pot again until the dough is cooked.
Serving and drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
