Mixed bean soup and maltagliati
Instructions
Place separately to soak the beans overnight.

Let boil 6 minutes soya beans, cannellini, borlotti 12 minutes 25 minutes, by measuring the time from the beginning of the boil; switch and save each type of beans in their cooking broth.

- 1 leaf of laurel
- 5 leaves sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of marjoram
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
