Corn and mushroom soup
Instructions
Put the grain to soak for at least 2 days in plenty of water, changing the water at least 4 times.
Boil the wheat very well; Brown the mushrooms with 100 g of onions.
In another large skillet FRY all vegetables, add tomatoes; pour the whole thing on the grain so that there is plenty of water.
