Peanut paste soup
Instructions
In a crock pot put to boil the broth with vegetables, over high heat.
After 30 minutes cooking broth puree and put to cook until boiling resumes.
Picked up a cup of broth and peanut paste and mix, then pour everything into the pot, add the whole chili mix well and continue cooking for 30 minutes turning other frequently to prevent attacks on the bottom.
Remove the chili, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of beef broth
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 carrots cut into large slices
- 125 g of peanut pasta
- 1 spicy chili
- Black pepper
- Salt
