Potato soup with pumpkin
Instructions
Prepare the broth, Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook in the broth for 5 minutes, then add the pumpkin peeled and cut into cubes and simmer another 10 minutes.
Scrape the carrots, peeled celery and peel the onion, fried with butter to which you will add the chopped tomatoes, bay leaf and pepper.
The potato soup and cook a quarter of an hour.
Before serving add the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley.

- 150 cl of meat broth
- 800 g of potatoes
- 500 g of pumpkin
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- Salt
- 1 celeriac
- 15 g of butter
- Pepper
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- Parsley (or dill)
