Rice balls
Instructions
Boil the rice, leave it to drain and into a bowl season still warm with butter and cheese.
To warm the squid slices, then mix 2 eggs, chopped garlic and Marjoram-grain, salt, and form compact balls a little bigger than a walnut.
Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs and FRY in plenty of oil.

- 250 g of baldo rice
- 4 eggs
- Garlic
- Abundant of marjoram
- 1 walnut butter
- 40 g of cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
