Instructions
With flour, butter, eggs and a pinch of salt dough brisée dough and put it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and coat with butter, cheese, pepper, sauce.
Spread over two discs the pectin; with the first line a buttered baking dish; pour the noodles and cover with the second closing the borders.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes.

- 50 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 cl of bechamel
- 1 pinch of salt
