Arraganati tomatoes
Instructions
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them in half and accommodate them next to each other in a pan with the cut facing up.
Prepare a mixture of herbs and add to cheese and breadcrumbs.
Distribute on each a teaspoon of tomato mixture, then drizzle with oil and bake in the oven.
You can also drizzle whole wheat orecchiette blazed.

- 40 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
