Vegetable skewers
Instructions
Deprive the pepper seeds and filaments and divide it into 3 cm square side.
wash the eggplant, Zucchini, wash them and divide the zucchini slices and chopped eggplants; wash the tomatoes and dry them.
In a bowl mix thoroughly the oil with a pinch of salt and pepper and beat them with a fork until well emulsified sauce.
Finally, add the washed and chopped parsley and garlic peeled and lightly crushed.
In a deep dish, alternating on the skewer pieces of vegetables to taste, pour over the prepared sauce and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes, turning them until they occasionally.
Drain and cook them on the grill warm for already 7-8 minutes, turning them until they often.
Season with salt, pepper and serve hot.

- 8 cherry tomatoes
