Stuffed squid and sour Pumpkin
Instructions
Clean the knife and chop the squid waste, the head and tentacles, combine the bread with oil and shake, lemon juice, raisins and pine nuts.
Fill with the mixture the squid and scald it in a pan with oil.
In a pan with oil, garlic and chopped onion cook pumpkin pieces, Deglaze with cognac and lead to cooking with water, a bit of vinegar and sugar.
Frosting and serve the squid stuffed with sweet and sour pumpkin.

- 1 short fin squid
- 100 g of bread
- Lemon juice
- 10 g of pine nuts
- 10 g of sultanas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 slice of pumpkin
- Cognac
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
