Tuna and potato pudding

01154 tuna and POTATO FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 package of flaked patète; 1 gram of tuna in oil; 6 cheese; 25 g butter; 2 egg yolks; 1 lemon; oil; breadcrumbs; salt, pepper and nutmeg; Prepare the mashed potatoes as indicated on the package.
Add the chopped tuna, mixed cheese, egg yolks and lemon juice.
Work the mixture just enough to obtain a homogeneous mixture, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
In a mold put oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour in the dressing and let stand in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
When it's time to serve upside down on a plate the mess of patète and decorated with sliced lettuce or tomato slices.
Serve with mayonnaise, apart.
