Tuna and olive sauce

12166 TUNA SAUCE and olives INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE A candied lemon in brine (product that can be found in the Oriental grocery stores; you can replace it with 1/2 chopped untreated lemon), 250 g of tuna in oil, 100 g of pitted black olives, 50 g of capers, a clove of garlic, a pinch of Harissa, a yolk, 4 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper.
Drain the candied lemon and coarsely tritatelo.
Drain the tuna and place it in the mug of a food processor.
Pour into mug black olives, capers, crushed clove of garlic, Harissa sauce, egg yolk, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Mix for a few minutes, so you get a mousse not too smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator until serving.
Presentation of the raw vegetable sauce with carrots, cauliflower type, celery and other things with triangles of PITA type bread.
