Instructions
05227 GREEN BEANS with SALSA INGREDIENTS 1 kg.
Green beans; 100 g of sliced Bacon; 1 bar of bread; 1 clove of garlic; 1 package of cream; 1 tablespoon of mustard; oil, vinegar and salt; Cut the bacon into slices and fry it lightly.
Slice the bread finely and rub over the garlic and FRY in hot oil.
Mix the cream with the mustard and four tablespoons of olive oil and vinegar and savoury one.
Boil the beans with water and salt, drain and place in a serving dish.
Adorned with slices of fried bread and Bacon and sprayed with the sauce.
