Pork tenderloin with orange sauce
Instructions
06654 PORK TENDERLOIN with ORANGE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 large pork tenderloin, 100 ml.
marsala wine or sweet wine, 12 4 oranges, prunes, 1 die, 1 tablespoon currant jelly 1 tablespoon mustard, beans, oil, salt, pepper.
PROCEDURE 1.
Season the meat with salt and pepper, doratela strong focus in a little oil.
