Bruschetta with celery and apples
Instructions
Slice the celery and cut into cubed apples, peeled.
Add the yoghurt with salt, a little oil and nuts, then add the celery and apples and stir.
Toast the bread, season with a little oil and pour in the mixture previously prepared.

- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 2 hearts of celery
- 2 green apples
- 100 g of nuts
- 150 g of whole yoghurt
- Olive oil
- Salt
