Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth without washing them and slice them up.

In a saucepan, then heat the oil and butter together with the garlic cloves that then shall clear away.

Add the mushrooms to the pan.

Keep the fire up and without cover until water evaporation; Add salt and continue to simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add a knob of butter and chopped parsley, and turn off the heat.
