Gratin of apples and plums

20034 GRATIN of apples and PLUMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 10 apples 3 tablespoons condensed milk, 200 g of pitted prunes, 100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 50 g of breadcrumbs, 3 eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon and into pieces.
PROCESS apples, Peeled and cut in slices and fry them in the butter over a low heat for they are golden.
Place the prunes in a small pot over an open fire place with sugar, a glass of water and a piece of cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes; drain and mix with apples.
Mix the milk with the egg yolks, add the melted butter with a tablespoon of cinnamon and chopped, bread crumbs for the latest embedded egg whites.
Place the prunes and apples in a baking dish, cover with the preparation and cook in oven 30 minutes for medium.
Sprinkle with sugar and au gratin.
Served warm.
