Instructions

20112 APPLE GRATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 whole egg; 100 g sugar; 100 g butter; 100 g almonds finely chopped; 20 g flour; 1 tablespoon of rum; for apples:; 4 Jonathan apples; 1 stick of vanilla; 300 g sugar; the juice of a lemon.
