Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg apples, 50 g raisins of Corinth, 3 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 lemon.

Peel the apples, cut them into wedges and put them in a saucepan with water and a few tablespoons of sugar, raisins and lemon juice.

Cook over low heat, drain and keep aside the syrup.

Place apples in a baking dish from the oven.

Mix the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add the sifted flour and mixed with the yeast, incorporate the last egg whites.

Pour over the apples and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and wet with the syrup.

You can serve it cold apples that warm.
