Gratin dish
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, remove toughest leaves, cut off the Woody part of the stem and Peel that remained.
Cut them in half lengthwise, remove the hay and transfer it in a bowl with cold water and lemon juice.
Peel a clove of garlic, cut in half and fry it in a pan with a little oil.
Remove garlic and add the artichokes well drained and dried.
Add salt and simmer at low heat bathing with a little water until tender.
Passed to the mixer the breadcrumbs, then stir in Chili with cheese and chopped garlic and parsley.
Sprayed the artichokes with a little olive oil, sprinkle them with the mixture and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and Grill for a few minutes.

- 8 small artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic of great
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of crumbled chili
- 30 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
